• All Polar Therapeutics clients must have a mindbody account with a valid e-mail and phone number to register for sessions. Registration for sessions may be done online or over the phone.

  • If the time you want is booked, call us! Sometimes we can fit in another session sooner than our calendar reads.

  • If you have not arrived at least 3 minutes prior to your session, your session time will be given away to whoever is behind you. If you are running late you MUST CALL and we will re-arrange your session time accordingly



  • Our package pricing is a 6 month contract. If you must terminate the contract due to prolonged illness/injury, moving, or other extenuating circumstances, we require 30 days advance notice.

  • Single class and packages expire 6 months after the initial date of purchase.

  • The maximum number of sessions a client can do in 1 week is 3. No exceptions.

  • Polar Therapeutics is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. All items left on the Polar Express will be kept in lost and found for 1 month and then donated to Goodwill.



  • You must be 14 years or older to receive a cryotherapy treatment. If you are under 18 years old, we require your legal guardian to sign a consent form in-person prior to the session. Clients must be over 4’10" to cryo.



  • All clients must sign a waiver in person prior to their first session.

  • Clients will also be required to go through a comprehensive screening prior to their first session to make sure they are healthy enough to continue.



  • All sessions must be paid in full by the time the session begins.

  • Water is $2.00 and will be charged to the client’s credit card if cash is not provided.

  • All merchandise may be returned unworn and unwashed 7 days after the original sale. Any worn merchandise will not be accepted for return.

  • If a client’s credit card is rejected for a session or water charges, they must update their credit card information prior to being permitted to take another session.



  • All daytime and evening sessions must be cancelled 4 hours prior to your scheduled session time to avoid a late cancel fee of $50, or the loss of one session if you have a package.

  • If you cancel prior to 4 hours before your session, we will not refund you. We will add that session back into your account for future use.

  • A client may cancel a class using our website or by calling and leaving a time stamped voicemail more than 4 hours before the session.

  • Session times are released to waiting customers 3 minutes prior to a session if a client has not arrived and has not called to let us know they are running late.

  • If you do not show up, cancel your session, or contact us within the appropriate amount of time, you will be charged a late cancel fee or lose the class from your package. No exceptions.
